This website and Omnithru are run by Francesco Laguardia, Italy. For anything about your data write to info@omnithru.com.
2What this website collects
Nothing on purpose: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no forms, no accounts. Fonts are served by this website, not by third parties. The theme you choose is saved in your browser (localStorage), stays on your device and is never sent to us.
3Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the address of the requested page, under its privacy policy. We do not use this data to profile visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4Downloads
The download buttons lead to GitHub (github.com/omnithru/omnithru), run by GitHub, Inc. When you download a file, GitHub processes your data under its privacy statement.
5Videos
Videos are not loaded until you press play. Only then the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube, Google), which may store data on your device and process your data under Google's privacy policy.
6Email
If you write to info@omnithru.com, your address and message are used only to reply to you and are kept as long as the conversation needs. The mailbox is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., Italy (privacy policy).
7The Omnithru app
The app runs on your computer and your local network. It sends no data to us or to third parties: no telemetry, no account, no update checks. Settings, logs and the HTTPS certificate stay on your computer.
8Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
